Here’s the basic loop:
1. Browse or search for a project in your state or local government area.
2. Visit it (if it’s not already in your neighborhood) or simply observe what’s happening there.
3. Submit a report, a short description, a status (ongoing, completed, abandoned, or not started), a photo/audio, and a rating out of 10.
4. Your report is reviewed by a moderator before it goes public, this keeps the data trustworthy.
5. Over time, all these citizen reports build up into a public scorecard for every governor and legislator, based on real, verified, on-the-ground evidence, not press releases.
